PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an easily adhesive polyester film having excellent easy adhesiveness and antistatic property, and improved abrasion resistance in a coated film. SOLUTION: An easily adhesive skin film having a thickness of a dried skin film of 0.02-2μm is applied on at least one surface of an aromatic polyester film in use of a coating agent containing a composition consisting of a kind of 30-90wt.% of binder selected from copolymeric polyester resin (1), 3-50wt.% of substance having sulfonic acid base contained in its molecule (2), and 0.5-30wt.% of interfacial active agent having a flow point of -50 to 10 deg.C and a hazing point of 30 deg.C or higher (3).
