PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably carry toner, with hardly being clogged with paper powder. SOLUTION: This device 10 is constituted to include a magnet roller 3 for collecting the toner remaining on a photoreceptive drum (photoreceptor) 1, without being transferred, a freely rotatable doctor roller (first regulating means) 4 for regulating the thickness of a toner coat layer on the magnet roller 3, a fixed side scraper (second regulating means) 5 and a screw (discharging means) 8 for carrying/discharging the toner outside a machine. At this time, paddle parts (toner carrying means) 4-1 are coaxially provided on both end parts (plural places) of the doctor roller 4. Thus, the residual toner can be actively carried to the side of the screw 8 by the paddle parts 4-1 as the toner carrying means provided on both end parts of the doctor roller 4, so that the carrying of the residual toner is never stopped by clogging with the paper powder. Consequently, the problems of soiling inside the machine and staining on a transfer material caused by the residual toner, a failure in carrying the transfer material, etc., can be eliminated. |
