Chair seats made of curved plywood

The piece of furniture may be made by shaping a piece of plywood. A square piece of plywood (1) may be used, which may have four spiral slots (2) cut in it to form a symmetrical spiral pattern. The piece of plywood may be given a spherical curvature, and with the slits may form a springy seat for a chair. Further shapes with slits may be used to form the back of the chair. Shapes with slits may be formed into one-piece chairs with combined seats and backrests.
