PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow drawing a pattern with three or more colors efficiently, with easy optional two-tone color designation and drawing by providing a means for developing an image based on a many-value pattern generated by a generating means and a letter or graphic drawing command. SOLUTION: At a command executing portion 1104, a many-value image is developed for a page memory 1105 based on a many-value pattern set to be plain and a letter-graphic drawing command. After finishing the development, data analysis processing is repeated. In the case the judgment is made to be a paper discharging command, an image transmission is outputted after converting the content of the page memory 1105 into a video signal for a printer engine portion 1400 at an output controlling portion 1300. At the printer engine portion 1400, a permanent visual, image of the received video signal is formed and printed on a recording paper. When the printed paper is discharged, the printing controlling processing for one page is finished. |
