PURPOSE:To improve the operability of the graph forming processor by storing graph information in a file to be accessed by a single graph processing function, collectively displaying the stored contents and extracting an optional information to execute graph forming processing. CONSTITUTION:Sheet information 8-i corresponding to table forming information and 7i being bar/circular graph form information 7-i are stored in a file 3 as 'information relating to graph' 4 correspondingly to each graph. The single graph processing function 10 is provided with respective processing functions such as plural graph expression, objective graph switching, objective graph display/whole graph display switching, specification of range to be graphed, and graph form information setting and executes required processing based upon the 'information' 4 and a plural graph forming device 9 displays plural graphs on a display device 2. An operator interactively selects various functions on the screen of the display device 2 to apply required processing to the graph. Thereby, the starting processing of an individual graph processing function can be made unnecessary and the operability can be improved. |
