<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent refuse placed on a refuse storage space from scattering. SOLUTION: Two pillars 2 are standingly provided on a foundation provided on the ground W nearby a refuse storage space, horizontal connecting bars 3 are laid between the lower parts of the two pillars 2, a folding fence 4 having a refuse receiving part B is connected to one pillar 2 and the optional position in the lengthwise direction of the horizontal connecting bars, and hence a refuse receiving device 1 is constituted. The folding fence 4 is formed out of a long frame long along the lengthwise direction of the horizontal connecting bars 3 and short frames 16, 17 connected to both end sides of the long frame 15 through hinges 19, the end sides of the short frames 16, 17 are connected to the pillar 2 on the far side from a stud 3b and the stud 3b through hinges capably of being folded, and by opening the folding fence 4 the refuse receiving part B can be formed out of the long frame 15, the short frames 16, 17 and the horizontal connecting bars 3, and in addition the folding fence 4 can be folded along the horizontal connecting bars 3.</p> |
