<p>An aqueous liquid detergent composition comprises a mixture of synthetic anionic and amphoteric surfactants in a weight ratio within the range 4:1 to 0.1:1 and a polyethylene glycol having a molecular weight of not more than 100,000. The later component boosts the lather of the composition during use. It may also enhance the mildness of the formulation.</p> |
