<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle collector capable of surely collecting particles colliding with a filter and preventing the particles collected by the filter from scattering. SOLUTION: The air containing particle 3 is allowed to flow through a pipe 1 consisting of an insulator by air flow formed by a ventilating fan 2. A detachable filter cassette 4 is inserted between parts of the pipe 1. In the filter cassette 4, two metal wire mesh filters 5 are installed so as to be perpendicular to the air flow. Also a DC power source 6 for electrically heating the mesh filter 5 is installed outside the pipe 1, and the mesh filter 5 and the DC power source 6 are connected to each other with a wiring cord 7. At the time of heating the mesh filter 5, in order to prevent the excess temperature rising due to normal energization, switching between turn-on and -off is repeated at every prescribed time (for example, 30sec).</p> |
