PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To unify an appearance design up to the corner sections of an external wall by equalizing projecting dimensions from the structural center of the external wall to horizontal module dimensions or setting the projecting dimensions to an integral multiple of values which indicate dimensions divided by an integer. SOLUTION: In a residence having horizontal module dimensions A and a roof pitch, C/10=2/3, vertical module dimensions B are set in horizontal module dimensions A×2/3. Besides, projecting dimensions D up to an external wall surface 8 from the structural center N of a building are equalized to horizontal module dimensions A or D set at a value which indicates dimensions divided by an integer m1 and multiplied by an integer m2, e.g. D=A/m1×m2, and the length D is set at horizontal module dimensions/2×1. Accordingly, width among joints on the projecting section is also brought to the same width as other sections when width among the joints on an external wall is set in 150mm even when joint patterns are mounted on the external wall, or the same applies even when joint width is set at 50mm.
