PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject pigment comprising a specific blue color pigment and a dispersant, capable of definitely distinguishing a scattered region by an agrochemical liquid for scattering even with only a small quantity of the pigment added. SOLUTION: This pigment comprises (A) a blue color pigment mainly containing a compound of te formula MFe[Fe(CN)6 ] (M is an alkali metal or ammonium; one of two irons is divalent iron and the other is trivalent iron) and (B) a dispersant (preferably naphthalenesulfonic acid/formalin condensation product). An average particle diameter of the component is preferably 0.05 to 0.1μm. The component B is preferably contained in a quantity of 5 to 20 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component A, and preferably used jointly with an auxiliary dispersing which is preferably added in quantity of 3 to 7 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the component B and is preferably oxalic acid or its salt.
