PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable regeneration of sterilizability and adsorptivity and improve adsorptivity by housing aμm order fine powder of titanium based ceramics into a air permeable and light transmitting inner bag through an air-permeating clearance below a particle size and then, into an outer bag having air- permeating and light transmitting ability almost the same as that of the inner bag and an uneven surface. SOLUTION: A deodorizing layer 1 is constituted of aμm order fine powder layer of titanium based ceramics. The deodorizing layer 1 is wrapped with an inner bag 2 and the inner bag 2 is housed into an outer bag 3. The inner bag 2 is made up of unwoven cloth which is laminated with an air-permeable and sufficiently light transmitting synthetic resin based film having numerous air-permeating clearances smaller than the diameter of the fine particles forming the deodorizing layer 1. The outer bag 3 having the air-permeating clearance, air permeability and light transmitting ability almost the same as those of the inner bag 2 is formed and the external surface thereof is made uneven 4. At least titanium oxide, zinc oxide, silica, copper oxide and carbon are contained in the itanium based ceramics.
