To use semi-permanently a filter without changing and to reduce cost and also for convenient maintenance, a device comprises a case which is introduced between a drainage hose of a water tank and an outlet of a main body of a washer and an adsorbing filter that adsorbs a detergent of the drainage included therein. Also the device includes an oscillator to analyze the detergent that is filtered by the above adsorbing filter by generating an ultrasonic wave, installed to be separated from the draining passage by the partition provided in the lower part of the case, and also of a cover which is worn on the upper side of the case.
