PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make long-term use possible by inserting a sleeve having a means for reducing the dropping speed of oil in the direction of gravity into a space formed by a shaft and a bearing holder for fixing a pair of sintered bearings containing oil. SOLUTION: Into a space 1 formed by a shaft and a bearing holder 13 for a pair of sintered bearings 14, 15 containing oil, a sleeve (collar) 4 having a spiral groove 5 in its inner circumferential surface 2 is inserted. It is desirable that the gap between the sleeve 4 and the shaft 17 should be 10μor less. As the result of this, it becomes possible to prevent oil in the sintered bearing bodies form flowing down, and to return the oil having flowed down aggressively to the bearing bodies. As the result of this, it becomes possible to use the small-sized motor over a long period of time.
