PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting structure with excellent fireproof, water resistance, air tightness, workability and mechanical strength, which can be used for an inner wall material, an outer wall material, a roof material, a ceiling material, a floor material, a partition material or a fireproofing door for a building and a structure and prevented from deformation such as expansion and warping after manufactured. SOLUTION: Plural fireproofing underlaid battens A obtained by forming non-combustible sheets 4 on metal underlaid battens 3 in sectional reversed T-shape are fixed at preset pitches to form a core material 20 with a plastic form 21 and a non-combustible board 22 formed at the end between a surface material 5 and a backing material 23. A fireproofing panel B which has a male-female fitting structure really constructed at the right and left ends is fixed to all wall face between the fireproofing underlaid battens A with fixturesβfor integral formation.
