PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spun yarn woven fabric having a natural appearance, high bulkiness, soft fabric hand an appropriate resilience by developing random unevenness in yarn thickness and shrinkage as in natural fibers. SOLUTION: A high oriented undrawn yarn comprising ethylene terephthalate units as a main recurring unit and having a structural integrity (ε0.2 ) of 15-45% is drawn at a draw ratio lower than the natural draw ratio and heat-treated under relaxation. This yarn substantially reveals the constant elongation area at its initial stage in the stress-strain curve, the elongation of >=70% at break, the Young's modulus of <=70g/de at the primary inflection point in the differential Young's modulus curve and the dispersion of hot water shrinkage of >=2.0. This yarn (A) is mixed with a multifilament yarn (B) which comprises a recurring unit of ethylene terephthalate with a filament fineness of >=1.5 denier, elongation of <=50% at break, the Young's modulus of >=75g/de at the primary inflection point in the differential Young's modulus curve and the complex mixed yarn is twisted by 8,600-28,000, then woven and finished in an ordinary manner.
