PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in impact resistance and in the gloss of the surface of a formed article. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin composition is obtained by compounding (A) a graft copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture consisting of an aromatic vinyl compound and/or an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester compound and a vinyl cyanide compound in the presence of (a) a latex of a diene-based polymer having an average particle diameter of 0.05-0.25μm and (b) a latex of a dined-based polymer having an average particle diameter of 0.40-0.80μm, whose 80 or more wt.% satisfies the relationship <=0.9×M<=X<=1.1×M [M is an average particle diameter (μm); X is a particle diameter of each rubber particle (μm)], and (B) a copolymer obtained by polymerizing a monomer mixture consisting of an aromatic vinyl compound and/or unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester compound and a vinyl cyanide compound.
