PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the occurrence of deformation or crack in a product. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing a long fiber-reinforced polyurethane foamed molding comprises the steps of continuously advancing many long fiber bundle drawn and aligned in one direction in its longitudinal direction, scattering foamable resin liquid mixed immediately before with polyol component liquid containing a polyol as a main component, isocyanate component liquid containing isocyanate as a main component and water at the advancing bundle to be impregnated, introducing the bundle to a molding passage, and foaming and curing the resin liquid in the passage, wherein the bundle is heated to 35 to 100 deg.C by a microwave immediately before introducing the bundle into the passage. |
