ROLLTRAILER FOR FREIGHT TRANSPORTATION

The offered roll trailer (see Fig. 1) is used for transportation of cargoes in ports and on RO-RO ships. It consists of a cargo platform (1) with a flooring (7) which is mounted on a frame with pockets(6) placed on edges where stands for cargo fastening are located, and of rollers (3) which are located on the balance bob (2) of a platform. In the front part of the platform cargo Roll trailer is an S-shaped tunnel (4) of coupling cramps of the tractor, which consists of a cross-section beam and the oblong bars welded together. With the purpose of increasing the durability of the cargo platform, having increased the carrying capacity and improved the operational qualities, the floor is made of combined parts. Its parts are made of wooden bars or plywood, in the area of the rollers there is a metal layer (8) the durability of which is ensured by edges of rigidity (9), in other parts of the platform a trench is set, which slows down the sliding empty trailers which are placed one on another. The pockets for fixing cargo are fixed at the height of the carrier beams and fenced with a trapezoid form to carry out the functions of rigid edges. The cross-section beam in the S-shaped tunnel passes through oblong bars.<IMAGE>
