FIELD: measuring facilities for high-voltage equipment. SUBSTANCE: the method consists in comparison of phases of the intelligence and reference signals. The intelligence signal is obtained from the output terminal of the high-voltage equipment under test, and the reference signal is obtained as a result of measurement of the field strength accompanying the supply voltage of the high-voltage equipment under test. The device uses an intelligence signal transducer, reference signal transducer, whose outputs are connected to the inputs of the comparator, whose output is connected to the indicating device. The reference signal transducer is made in the form of an electric field strength meter, the comparator is made as a phase-meter.
