摘要 The invention relates to a machine for automated in vitro analyte detection, of the type comprising an optical read device (30) that can detect the optical response of the reaction solution to an electromagnetic stimulation, with the aid of a photoelectric receiver (70) borne by a movable carriage (32) of the machine, the movements of which are controlled automatically in order to convey the photoelectric receiver to different positions, each position corresponding to a different analysis zone (26'), characterised in that the photoelectric receiver (70) forms part of a spectrometer (64) that can provide a chromatic spectral decomposition of the optical response. The invention also relates to methods for automated in vitro analyte detection and/or quantification. In one method, a chromatic spectral decomposition of the optical response is obtained and two different optical agents are detected separately using said spectral decomposition.
