PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the rolling device capable of stably rolling an annular body having tapered peripheral face. SOLUTION: In rolling, a forming roller 41 is abutted on the outer peripheral face of a work W and a mandrel 44 on the inner peripheral face, the work is held between the forming roll and mandrel. In this case, the mandrel has the working point for work at the same height as forming roll. A cam 33 is rotated by a motor 34, the mandrel presses the work. When the forming roll is rotated by a motor 42, the work, mandrel, support roll 43 are rotated by friction force. By both rotation of forming roll/mandrel and mandrel' pressing force to forming roll, rolling is executed to the work. A mandrel' relative angle to the forming roll is controlled by rotating a swivel plate 36 around the vertical shaft of a pivot screw 35, that is, the mandrel' working point of work by a motor 37.
