PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the occurrence of interference with the peripheral member of a change lever by a method wherein excessive oscillation of the change lever due to deformation of an elastic support member is suppressed during operation of the change lever, in a structure wherein a mounting base plate for the change lever is supported on a floor plate through the elastic support member for vibration control. SOLUTION: A grommet form elastic support member 2 is mounted on the mounting boss 51 of a mounting base plate 1 for supporting a change lever 14. A distance collar 56 fitted in the hollow part of the member 2 and a flat washer 57 to press the upper end surface of the member 2 are coupled to a floor plate F by means of a bolt when deformation of the member 2 attains specified amount, a stepped part 53 making contact with the flat washer 57 and blocking further deformation of the member 2 are formed at a mounting boss 51.
