PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a load on the discharge plate roller pair side, when used stencil paper is tensioned between discharge plate roller pairs and a plate cylinder.SOLUTION: A discharge plate device 50 comprises stencil paper discharge plate carrying means 55 for carrying this stencil paper in a discharge plate box 51 by a discharge plate, by removing the used stencil paper M wound on a cylindrical outer peripheral surface 31a of a rotatable plate cylinder 31, and the stencil paper discharge plate carrying means 55 comprises discharge plate roller pairs 56U and 56D for rotating at a peripheral speed faster than a peripheral speed of the plate cylinder when carrying the discharge plate into a discharge plate box of the stencil paper and rocking arms 58L and 58R for installing the discharge plate roller pairs on one end part 58a side opposed to the cylindrical outer peripheral surface of the plate cylinder and rockably supporting the opposite side of the one end part side via arm support shafts 59L and 59R, and are constituted so that the discharge plate roller pairs can be moved integrally with the rocking arms when tensile force of the stencil paper increases when carrying the discharge plate by the discharge plate roller pairs.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
