PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a residual-toner removal efficiency, to securely prevent blur, displacement, color slippage, soil, ghost or the like which are caused by residual toner, and, therefore, to obtain high image quality by forming a specific- thickness layer of resin containing fluororesin onto the surfaces of cleaning members such as a cleaning blade and cleaning roller. SOLUTION: The cleaning members 1a and 1b are disposed in a contact state with or close to, for example, four photoreceptive drums (latent image holder) 2a-2d and an intermediate transfer drum (intermediate transfer member), and remove residual toner on the photoreceptive drums 2a-2d and intermediate transfer drum after toner-image transfer. On the surface of each, the resin layer having a thickness of less than 30μm which contains the fluororesin is formed. It is preferable that the resin layer contain the fluororesin of 60wt.% or more, more preferably 70wt.% or more, much more preferably 80wt.% or more, and especially preferably 90wt.% or more. |
