<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner less liable to lower a density of a solid black image or to cause fog even in the case of use in an environment at low temp. and humidity or high temp. and humidity in a contact type nonmagnetic one- component developing method, less liable to fuse to a developing roll and hardly damaging the surface of a photoreceptor. SOLUTION: This toner is used in a developing device with at least a developing roll carrying and conveying the toner and a toner layer thickness regulating member disposed in press contact with the roll and in a reversal developing system with a positive electrification type electrostatic latent image carrier disposed in contact with the developing roll. This toner contains a positive charge type electric charge controlling agent, and magnetic powder, positive polarity silica and negative polarity silica have been stuck to the surface of the toner.</p> |
