PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a termite-proofing and flame-proofing agent composed of a white inorganic liquid harmless to human body by dispersing kaolin, silica sand, alumina, titan white and soda ash in an aqueous solution of sodium silicate, potassium silicate, etc. SOLUTION: The objective termite-proofing and flame-proofing agent is produced by dispersing kaolin, silica sand, alumina, titan white and soda ash particles having particle diameter of 0.4-0.5μin an aqueous solution of sodium silicate, potassium silicate, etc., and adding an emulsion containing a terpene- type substance having biological activities to the dispersion. The agent is applied to household things inside of a house or a room.
