PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a thermoplastic elastomer powder from which a molded item complicated in shape can be produced by a powder molding method scarcely causing pinholes or underfill. SOLUTION: This powder comprises a thermoplastic elastomer contg. an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and a polyolefin resin or comprises a thermoplastic elastomer obtd. by dynamically cross-linking a compsn. contg. an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer rubber and a polyolefin resin and has an average particle size (in terms of sphere) higher than 0.70mm but not higher than 1.20mm and a bulk specific gravity of 0.38 or higher. The powder molding method uses the powder and the molded item is obtd. by subjecting the powder to powder molding.
