PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject preparation capable of not coagulating at a room temperature, forming a fibrin clot after subcutaneous administration and gradually releasing a medicine by adjusting the blending ratio of a fibrinogen and a thrombin to a proper value. SOLUTION: This preparation comprises (A) a medicinal active ingredient, (B) a fibrinogen, (C) a blood coagulation 13 factor and (D) a thrombin in the blending ratio of the component D to the component B equivalent to 1-30 units, preferably 1.2-6 units of the component D to 80mg of the component B. The preparation further contains (E) calcium ion and the component A is a protein medicine, especially interleukin 2 or interferon-γ. The preparation further contains (F) hyaluronic acid. Preferably, a kit for making the objective preparation when necessary is composed of a basic constitution of a lyophilized product containing the component B and the component C and a lyophilized product containing the component D (the component A is contained in either of the lyophilized products).
