PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain cloth inducing slight covering in sweat, hardly filled with heat, hardly becoming hot and stuffy, excellent in skin touching, air permeability, temperature transfer and refreshing feeling and suitable for an inner wear, etc., by having respectively specific SB-value and SN-value. SOLUTION: This cloth has an SB-value satisfying the formulae I and II, an SN-value satisfying the formulae I and III, and (SB)×(SN) satisfying the formula IV. Preferably, the cloth is constituted by, e.g. a smoothed texture comprising yarns A containing >=50% of hydrophobic fibers having a modified cross section, etc., and yarns B containing hydrophilic fibers.
