FIELD: packing and sealing of vessel cap. SUBSTANCE: cap is screwed onto vessel neck and provided with sealing ring including collar with many inward tilted flexible lobes which can flex outwards relative to each other without exerting pressure on collar, thus providing easy fitting of ring on projecting bead of neck. Ratchet projections made on neck engage with lobes thus permitting the ring to turn relative to neck in direction of cap screwing on, and limiting the turning in opposite direction. When cap is removed for the first time lobes thrust against ratchet projections and bead which makes it possible to rear off ring from cap and tightly hold it on neck. Ring can be made of plastic material. It is connected with cap by breakable connections. EFFECT: improved quality of packing and sealing. 6 cl, 12 dwgt
