PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat shrinking multilayer film having good properties including low temperature sealing, impurity sealing, hot tackiness, low extraction, transparency, heat shrinking, heat resistance, and gas barrier. SOLUTION: A heat shrinking multilayer film has a thermoplastic resin layer at least in the outermost layer A, a gas barrier resin layer in a core layer B, and a sealing resin layer in the innermost layer C, and an adhesive layer is arranged between the layers as required. The sealing resin layer of the layer C is made from a resin material (b) containing a linear ethylene-1- octene copolymer (a) which is obtained with the use of a locked geometrical catalyst, the content of 1-octene of which is 1-20wt.%, and the density of which is 0.885-0.960g/cm<3> , and an intermediate layer D1 which is made from at least one kind of resin (c) selected from a group consisting of polyamide, thermoplastic polyester, and ethylene copolymers is arranged between the outermost layer A and the core layer B. |
