<p>Cosmetic composition for eyes and face having the form of a double-phase liquid, exhibiting an aqueous phase and an oily phase, in which the aqueous phase comprises approximately between 2 and 20 %, by weight, of humectant, approximately between 0,1 and 2 %, by weight of surfactant, approximately between 0,5 and 2,5 %, by weight, of emulsion inhibitor, approximately between 0,1 and 1 %, by weight, of a preservative, approximately between 0 and 1,0 %, by weight, of emulgator and approximately between 0,000002 and 0,0011 % (approximately 0,02-11 ppm), by weight, of buffer, being the remaining to complete 100 % constituted of an adequate vehicle; and in which the oily phase comprises a system constituted of approximately 0 to 70 %, by weight, of a solvent constituted of combined cyclomethicone/dimethicone or only dimethicone and 0 to 100 %, by weight, of a superior aliphatic hydrocarbonate.</p> |
