<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent intense light from an area outside an irradiation field from coming into the eye when a visible image is observed by recognizing the irradiation field area from a radiation image and performing an inverted gradation processing for image data corresponding to the area outside the irradiation field of high luminance (low density) that radiation does not reach. SOLUTION: An irradiation field recognizing means 41 recognizes the irradiation field area and a substantial read condition setting means 42 sets substantial read conditions and sends an instruction to a substantial read part 20'. The read part 20' digitizes and inputs read image data as substantial read image data Sq to the image processor 40. The data Sq is stored while related to data regarding the irradiation field area recognized by the irradiation field recognizing means 41. Based on the data, the read image data Sq is split into image data Sq1 and Sq2 , which are sent to a frequency processing means 44 and an inverting processing means 45 respectively. A frequency process and an inverting process are performed for the image data Sq1 and Sq2 .</p> |
