<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processability and writing durability in the cell making process of an inner touch panel and to improve reliability also from the points of a typing property, visibility and moisture non-permeability, etc., by providing a hardening resin hardened object layer on both surfaces of a transparent electrically conductive layer and constituting the hardening resin hardened object layer by the hardened object layer of resin provided with a fluorene skeleton structure. SOLUTION: In an optical isotropic base material film 1, a first hardening resin hardened object layer 2a is provided on a surface on the installation side of a transparent electrode 4 and a second hardening resin hardened object layer 2b is provided on the surface on the opposite side directly or after a wettability improving processing or through an anchor coating layer. Then, at least one of the first and second hardening resin hardened object layers 2a and 2b is constituted of the hardened object layer of the resin provided with the fluorene skeleton structure. Also, by forming the surface of at least one of the first and second hardening resin hardened object layers 2a and 2b to a fine recessed and projected surface (g), the typing property is made preferable.</p> |
