<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an image of a high print quality at a high speed and to make it possible to drive a head by a serial system, thereby miniaturizing the device. SOLUTION: An exposure device 12 is composed of an LED array head in which a linear arrangement of LED elements, corresponding to at least one image-element group (Y, M, C, and B), is disposed obliquely to a main scanning direction 11A, and scans in the main scanning direction 11A. A developing device 14 scans in the main scanning direction 11A, likewise the exposure device 12, and exposes and develops for the four colors (Y, M, C, and B) at a time.</p> |
