The equipment consists of a series of solar collectors 1 which heat a heat-transmission fluid which, via a closed circuit 2 and a coil 3, transmit the heat to a reservoir 4, containing water for sanitation purposes, provided with an inlet 5 and an outlet 6 which are independent in the case of actual consumption or in closed circuit when the equipment is intended for heating, with the special feature that, in the said closed circuit 2 corresponding to the heat-transmission fluid, there is a heat accumulator 7 which makes it possible to continue to supply heat to the reservoir 4 during night hours when the solar collectors 1 are inoperative. <IMAGE>
