METHOD AND DEVICE FOR STARTING RADIO MESSAGE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a method and device for starting transmission of a special radio message to a subscriber of radio equipment by relating to a specified location and starting only when a specified identification signal is received. SOLUTION: A sender who is at the place of an originating device 12 under a certain condition can start the transmission of a special message from a message platform 28 to radio equipment 16 in a communication system 10. One of conditions that transmission is started is the identification information of a sender is transmitted to the platform 28 and that the location of a sender who is at the device 12 is set. The location of the sender of the device 12 can be decided by either a radio location sensor 18 (global positioning sensor device) or a location information generator of fixed distribution. Location information can be transmitted to the platform 28 through a communication channel 22 in either way.
