PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To structure input screens matching respective data input/output terminals by reading screen definition information out a host information processor at a time and generating a convenient screen matching screen size on a terminal. SOLUTION: A data input part 220 judges whether or not application is already started up and when the application is not started up a device 200 reads field definition information stored in a field definition part 11 out of the host information processor 10 and screen definition information out of a screen defmition part 12. Then a screen generation part 210 interprets an arrangement process identifier that the screen definition information stored in the screen definition part 12 has and arranges a field discriminated with the field identifier defined in the field definition information stored in the field definition part 11 to generate an input screen.
