PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surface protecting film excellent in prescribed properties such as strength or transparency. SOLUTION: This surface protecting film comprises (A) 100-10wt.% of an ethylene homopolymer or an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer satisfying the requirements (a) to (d) and (B) 0-90wt.% of other ethylenic (co)polymers: (a) 0.86-0.97g/cm<3> density, (b) 0.01-100g/10g/10min melt flow rate, (c) 1.5-5.0 molecular weight distribution (Mw /Mn ) and (d) <=2.00 compositional distribution parameter Cb . |
