PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce waste winding onto the joining part of a scroll by selecting a winding angle which reduces the rotation angle of a core mold in the joining part formed at both ends of a barrel part onto which the scroll is wound and winding the scroll onto the barrel part of the core mold at the winding angle. SOLUTION: In molding an FRP molding with the use of a filament winding method, a guide 3 is reciprocated in the axial direction of a core mold 5 in which numbers of pins (joining parts) 8, 9 are formed at both ends by an industrial robot 2 with the core mold 5 rotated, a linear or belt-shaped scroll 6 supplied from a resin impregnation tank 4 is wound onto the barrel part 10 of the core mold 5 through the guide 3, when the guide 3 is folded back, and the scroll 6 is joined to the joining parts 8, 9. In this process, a winding angleαwhich reduces the rotation angle of the core mold 5 in the joining parts 8, 9 is selected, and the scroll 6 is wound onto the barrel part 10 at the angle. The angleαis set up preferably at 50-60 deg.. |
