PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operational element capable of obtaining high function and reliability at relative low cost in order to control at least the longitudinal motion of an automobile. SOLUTION: An operational element device for controlling at least the longitudinal motion of an automobile is provided with two operational elements l, 2, and at least the longitudinal motion of the automobile, optionally and additionally the traverse motion can be selectively controlled by the operation of one or the other operational element. Both operational elements 1, 2 are constituted as control rods, mechanically or hydraulically connected to each other to transmit the operational motion or operational force between both operational elements, and can be operated by being interlocked with each other. |
