The launcher (1) for rocket missiles (9) has tubes (7) each receiving a missile which is held by retainers (11,12). The tubes each have igniters for the respective missile (40), each igniter having a respective control (70,72). A loader is provided (3), having the launch tubes and there is a support (6) to align the charger and the launch tubes. The support has the igniters mounted on it and has catches (17,16,21,23) for positioning and fixing of the charger on the support.
