摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve stability of heat, the operation, durability, and electroluminescence efficiency by using large and instability restricted polynuclear ary amine having a prescribed structural formula as a constitutive element to implant and transmit an electron hole. SOLUTION: This organic EL device is formed by laminating a support base board such as glass, an anode, an organic electron hole implanting and electron hole transmitting layer and an electron implanting and electron transmitting layer composed of polynuclear aryl amine having a structure expressed by a formula and a cathode. A luminescence material may be added to this light emitting zone. Since this aryl amine is stable in heat and easily sublimates or evaporates under a high vacuum, it is easily formed as a film by vacuum evaporation, and since it is large and three-dimensional, it exhibits excellent crystalization resistance when it is formed as a thin film. This aryl amine is prepared by Ullmann condensation by a copper catalyst of its intermediate product and a diieodide intermediate product. In the formula, R<1> R<2> , R<3> , R<4> , R<5> and R<6> are an aryl group, and A<1> and A<2> are a biaryl group, and P is a hydrocarbon bridge.</p>
