<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To miniaturize a locking-release device, and to simplify the control of the locking-release device in the locking-release device, in which drawing-in operation from half-latch to full latch and the locking releasing operation of a door body are shared by one driving source and conducted. SOLUTION: An actuator 17 has an electric motor 21, and a body of revolution 19 fixed onto the output shaft 18 of the motor 21 is rotated in one direction in the counterclockwise direction in the figure. A circular motion by the revolution of the body of revolution 19 is converted into the rocking motion of a driving cam 13 through a link 20. The driving cam 13 is supported rotatably by a common support shaft 6 on the same shaft as a latch 5. When the driving cam 13 is rotated from a neutral place to the counterclockwise direction under the state of the state of the half latch of the latch 5, a second ratchet pushes in the latch 5 and turns the latch 5 to the place of full latch.
