SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing sum of triterpene glycosides from industrial processing waste of Far Eastern holothurion (sea cucumber). Glycosides are precipitated together with polysaccharide-protein complex by acidification of boiling off water to pH 2.8 or by addition 1% chitosan as flocculant, or boiling off waters are dried to powder, glycosides are extracted from precipitate or powder with ethyl alcohol or a mixture of meanpolar solvents and purified by reversed-phase chromatography on column with hydrophobic sorbent (Polychrome-1 or Amberlite XAD) followed by adsorption chromatography on column with silica gel which is carried out twice.
