<p>FIELD: synthetic rubber production. SUBSTANCE: in order to improve quality of rubber and reduce power consumption, when isolating rubber, reduced powers of rake drive, concentrator worm, and jigging conveyor of drier are measured as well as pump current intensity in the system of feeding rubber pulp into isolation assemblies. Control is accomplished by switching off isolation assemblies in specified consequence depending on closedown of assembly resulting from its overloading or clogging of pipeline serving for feeding pulp into expeller or expander. When jigging conveyor of drier stops, one switches off successively worm and rake of concentrator, rubber pulp feed pump, and, after specified period of time, expeller or expander. When pipeline feeding rubber pulp into expander is clogged, one switches off expander, expeller, worm and rake of concentrator, and rubber pulp feed pump. The two above incidents are detected from deviation of reduced power of assembly from upper and lower permissible values, respectively.
