PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a die for extrusion molding of a film which has a lip divergence changing means which can accurately adjust a large divergence range in a short time by one die and has a means for silting fluctuation of thickness of a product and a method for producing a film using it. SOLUTION: This die comprises die main bodies 1 and 2, die lips 3 and 4, a lip divergence 5, a manually adjustable bolt 6 when fluctuation of thickness is adjusted, a bolt 7, a spacer 8, a presser 9 for the spacer, a nut 10, and a lip divergence changing means clamped to the lip 4 comprises a bolt 7 fixed on the lip so as the be rotated, a thick spacer 8 corresponding to a specified lip divergence, a press 9 for the spacer and the nut 10. To change the lip divergence, the nit 10 and thepress 9 for the spacer are relaxed and the spacer 8 is exchange with the spacer with a thickness for amt. of lip divergence to be changed. In this case, when the thickness of the exchanged spacer is thick, the lip divergence becomes wide and on the other hand, when it is thin, the lip divergence becomes narrow. |
