WHITE FILM FOR METALLIC LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a white polyester film for metallic laminate in which heat laminating properties and strength are excellent and concealment properties and whiteness degree are excellent. SOLUTION: Polyester resin composition is obtained in which both polyester (1) having ethylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit and >=0.5 ultimate viscosity and polyester (2) having butylene terephthalate as a main repeating unit and >=0.6 ultimate viscosity are blended at the rate of 10/90-55/45 weight ratio. A layer (s) consists of such composition that <=20wt.% titanium oxide is incorporated into the polyester resin composition in which polyester (1) and polyester (2) are blended at the rate of 10/90-55/45 weight ratio. The white film for metallic laminate is a biaxially stretched film in which the layer C and the layer S are laminated in constitution of S/C/S. Content of titanium oxide in the film is 20-40wt.%.
