PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the amount left as bubbles in a fiber base material by replacing the air within the fiber base material with a varnish in a short period of time at the infiltration of the varnish in the fiber base material for producing a prepreg. SOLUTION: With a varnish infiltrating device equipped with perforated rolls 6, each of which is tubular and on the peripheral wall of which jets 7 communicating with its interior, a means for pressure-feeding or varnish within the perforated rolls 6 and guide rolls 1 for guiding a fiber base material 10 fed in the form of a continuous band so as to bring into contact with the outer peripheries of the perforated rolls 6, the varnish is permeated under pressure from one side of the fiber base material. |
