GROMMET

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grommet which is made of self-lubricating rubber and can be fixed to a wire material such as an electric wire with adhesive tape. SOLUTION: An electric wire 14 is inserted through a grommet 10 which is fixed to the electric wire 14 with adhesive tapes 12 and 12 and is inserted through a through-hole 22 formed through a partition wall 20 to seal the gap between the electric wire 14 and the inner wall of the through-hole 22. The rubber of which the grommet 10 is made is self-lubricating rubber which contains oily polyalkyl carbonate expressed by the formula. In the formula, (n) denotes an integer from 1 to 8 and R1 denotes (i-C7 H15 ).
